| Hydrapulper is one of the equipment of breaking pulp board. It’s can be divided into vertical hydrapulper and horizontal hydrapulper. Given to the demand of the confidential documents destruction, on the basis of vertical hydrapulper, this peper designed a kind of small hydarpulper, which can be used in office environment for document destruction, and done its dynamic characteristic simulation research. This paper provided a theoretical reference for the structural design and improvement of small hydrapulper.This paper mainly completed the following works:(1) Analyze the classification of hydrapulper, working principle and other factors that impact its efficiency. Research on the structure of hydrapulper, prepare for its structure design.(2) On the basis of the existing research data, designed the structure of the hydrapulper and calculated the fluid dynamics of the small hydrapulper. Established the three-dimensional model of a small hydrapulper on the SolidWorks platform.(3) Analysis of the kinematics and dynamics model of small hydrapulper. Through mathematical model, calculated the kinetic parameters of small hydrapulper, such as start time, angular acceleration.(4) In the ADAMS platform, completed the analysis of the performance of hydrapulper, including the analysis of dynamics analysis and vibration analysis. In the dynamic analysis, the research mainly focus on hydrapulper’s displacement, velocity and acceleration characteristics; in vibration analysis, the vibration mode and vibration frequency of the hydrapulper are obtained and then analyze the mechanical vibration of small hydrapulper.This paper designed a kind of small hydrapulper that based on the vertical hydrapulper, which can be used in the office environment for confidential documents destruction. As it can ensure the security of confidential document, such small hydrapulper can be widely used in national confidential authorities, enterprise that need to destroy confidential information, even in personal information confidentiality. |
