Terrorist with coordinated bomb attacks and the criminal offense that involvesexplosion has become a big threaten to the security of social public in recent years.Insuch circumstances a new kind of protective gear should be used which could handlea large equivalent explosive easily.This paper present a new kind of compositeflexible protection structure that has a characteristic of portable under theconsideration of how to provide a effective protection to people.The equipment shownin this paper is the one used by police to site handle the explosive and this equipmentcould solve some problem such as the random property of terrorism and that we canā€™tget useful information about the explosive be placed at public places by terrorist.Themain content of paper shows below:First of all,the background of this subject and the research signification has beenintroduced and we made a summary about the trait of domestic terrorism and showsthe trend in development of terrorism. According to the problem be faced in theapplication of the explosion proof equipment that be wildly used in police currently,such as immovable.we put forward a new kind of flexible structure which be made byseveral kinds of confound material and mixed liquid who has a portable characteristicthat could be assembled quickly on site.Based on the result of research published byhome and broad on anti blasting shock wave load,in the design process of thisequipment,we also made the development trend of gear and the threaten of explosionattack faced currently in consideration and the equipment could avoid the secondaryfailure of equipment to people or something else caused by explosive.Based on thecriterion that be used to estimate the degree of pain to people which be made byprevious researcher that the shock wave how to injury peoples.This paper put forward a new criterion on protection effect of equipment againstshock wave and fragment.This criterion is a kind of criterion be used to estimate the effection of anti explosion which be made by two factors,one is the attenuate degreeof the kinetic of fragment and another one is the decline of peak over-pressure.This paper made a smaller model by a method of scaling based on thedimensional analysis and similarity theory and made a numerical simulation with themodel we had established, after that we have got the structure with different shape andthickness to the shock wave that be attenuated.In the end,we made a field test basedon the result of numerical simulation with examples that be selected from all of themodels we establish before.The paper made a numerical simulation to observe the protective effect ofequipment to fragment and the fragment model we used in simulation has threedifferent kinds of quality,from the result of simulation we have observed the effectionof equipment that how to attenuate the kinetic of fragment,beside that,we made a fieldtest and both the result of field test and simulation could prove that the valuableresults we had gotten could be used in optimization design of equipment in the future.
