In recent years, with the rapid development of economy in our country, the steelindustry has developed rapidly, lead to more and more demand for coke. As thelarge-scale blast furnace and the development of injection coal technology, the timethat coke stay in the blast furnace increase, the degree of erosion aggravate, so therequirements for coke quality in the blast furnace are more and more strict. Cokethermal property plays an important influence on smooth production of blast furnace.Coke in the blast furnace experience carbon dissolving reaction, erosion of alkalimetal, combustion reaction, high temperature airflow impact and so on a series offunction, its blackness and strength both suffer the serious destruction and degradation,coke degradation is obvious and begin pulverization, will seriously affect the blastfurnace smooth production. So the research about the relation between blast furnacecoke thermal properties and degradation has important guiding significance for blastfurnace operation.This paper mainly discussed high temperature impact,mechanical action,reactiontime, iron ore powder and differences smash of strong caking coal and weak cakingcoal influence on coke thermal properties and degradation. The results show that hightemperature impact on coke thermal property is small, have little impact on the cokedegradation; mechanical action by oneself has have little impact on the cokedegradation under not the influence of other factors; along with the increase ofreaction time, the coke thermal property become worse and worse, coke degradationdegree aggravate; with the addition of iron ore powder, coke thermal properties areimproved, coke degradation aggravate, iron ore powder have catalytic effect on cokedegradation, and different iron ore powder, its catalytic effect is different, whichcatalytic action of Australian iron ore powder is strongest; strong caking coal coarsecrushing and weak caking coal fine crushing help improve the quality of coke thermalproperty, can alleviate the degradation of coke.This paper through linear regression to predict the relationship between rate of coke gasification and rate of coke gasification, coke strength after reaction, gettingprediction model is as follows:Δd=1.3205CRI-0.9723R2=0.9659Δd=-1.5782CSR+93.039R2=0.9797According to the type mentioned before, can be obtained the relationship betweenthe coke particle size change and coke rate of gasification and strength after reaction,the type as follows:d转鼓后=0.0277d反应前-1.3205d反应前CRId转鼓后=-92.039d反应前+1.5782d反应前CSR...
