Selective Catalytic Reduction(SCR) technology is one of the most effective wayto control the emission of NO, the key of which is catalyst selection and improvement.This paper aims to develop a new type of catalyst with high-performance and lowpollution which is economic and feasible on industrial applications.Activated coke were modified with three methods respectively with HNO3oxidation, H2O2-HNO3and NaOH-HNO3joint modification. The results showed thatthe BET area and pore structure of the modified AC increased. Industry analysisindicated the volatile rose and the ash reduced. The content of surface basic functionalgroup increased. Under the same experimental conditions, AC modified byH2O2-HNO3has the best denitrification performance and the NO removal rate is up to51.67%, which is36.94%higher than that of original AC.It was used hydrothermal synthesis method to prepare banding V2O5andspherical Fe2O3nano-powder, after which the nano-V2O5/AC, Fe2O3/AC andV2O5(Fe2O3)/AC catalyst was obtained. Among them, V2O5(Fe2O3)/AC catalyst atthe total vanadium and iron loading of2wt%have the perfect denitrificationperformance. The NO removal rate was66.35%, which is1.42%and9.10%respectively higher, compared with V2O5/AC and Fe2O3/AC.The spherical and rod V-Fe/AC composite nano-catalysts were prepared by thesynthesis method of composite nano. The rod V-Fe/AC with the loading of1wt%have the best NO removal performance and the denitrification rate was69.42%,which is respectively1.69%and3.07%higher than spherical V-Fe/AC andV2O5(Fe2O3)/AC. It also examined the influence of experimental conditions on thedenitrification performance of rod V-Fe/AC catalyst and found,the best reactionconditions:500ppm NO,500ppm NH3,5%O2, N2balance,6000L/(Kg·h),200℃.
