| With the rapid development of the national economy, coal become the indispensable energy pillar of our country,while coal spontaneous combustion is one of the direct reasons that not only cause a great waste of coal,but also make coal miners’ life be placed in jeopardy.As everyone knows, there are four factors that can cause coal spontaneous combustion, they are the enough crushing residual coal,persistent leakage of air with oxygen supply, ignition point with oxidation heat accumulation environment, sustained enough time.So the fundamental method of inhibition of coal spontaneous combustion is to plug the air and then cut off the supply of oxygen. On the basis of study of the classification, characteristics, conditions of use, the use of methods, matters needing attention and whether to meet the requirements of environmental protection of current mine closure grouting material,a new kind of grouting and plugging material is developed.The experiment was completed by the orthogonal design method and the grouting material parameter test results was analyzed through range method,then a conclusion was obtained,that is the degree of influence of cement and additives on viscosity,syneresis rate,solidification rate and other properties parameters under different water-solid ratio and different dosage additives. In addition different dosage polypropylene fibers have different influences on micro-structure of slurry by SEM experiment on the condition that other experimental factors were not changed.Furthermore, the best water solid ratio,dosage of sodium silicate,shrinkage-reducing agent,thickener,polypropylene fiber were1:1.4,2.5%,1.4%,0.4%,0.3%respectively.Finally,the results of the test of condensed seal and the simulation test of plugging the wind show that the inhibition of coal spontaneous combustion grouting plugging material has a good effect on plugging the wind. |
