| According to the overlying strata occurrence condition of compound roof stope1622(3) face in west three mining area, Pansan coal mine,huainan, this paper analyzes the distribution position, rupture rule and stress evolution rule of key stratum structure by means of theoretical analysis, field measurement, numerical simulation, and so on. The theoretical solution of face stent working resistance is reached according to the movement characteristics of overlying strata. The main results are as follows:(1) Analyzing the collapse form and features, mined crack evolution characteristics, abutment pressure distribution characteristics, stress arch characteristics of compound roof stope based on scholars, research about this topic.(2) Identified the location of key stratum by establishing a beam model to discriminate the stiffness and strength, and then verifies the results with the using of parallel electron method(3) Establishing stope mining model by using FLAC simulation software, refer to face overlying strata structural features and mining conditions, revealing the rupture regularity of compound roof stope under the structure of key stratum and the distribution of abutment pressure within the coal wall in front of the face.(4) Revealing the law of roof breaking down firstly, first weighting, periodic weighting within the process of mining by setting Weighting criterion according to the statistical results of face-site underground pressure observation data. Revealing the distribution law of hydraulic support, working resistance, end resistance and setting load, and appraising the adaption of chosen support.All those results can provide a theoretical basis for support selection roof controlling, at the same time they can be referenced by the mining face which has similar conditions. |
