Compressor unit is a equipment which supply energy for fluid in pipeline and widely used in enterprise. Vibration of compressor uint caused by fault not only affect normal operation of workers and may cause serious accident. Therefore, it can ensure availably operate safe of compressor unit by researching the vibration mechanism and vibration reduction method of compressor unit. Higher requirement is proposed for compressor unit with the improvement of scientific and technological. More and more attention are focused on mechanism and supression method of noise caused by compressor unit. Offshore platform is a key equipment in offshore oil exploit which occurs easily fatigue damage because of corrosion and structural loads. Therefore, it is significant to prevent the accident by conducting state inspection of offshore platform.Part1is research of vibratory and noise supression method of compressor unit, which analyse the mechanism and mode of vibration and noise and introduces the common method of vibration attenuation and noise reduction. Analysis the noise of compressor unit by simulating calculation and propose the modification plan to reduce fluid disturbance.Part2is research of acoustic emission detecting mechanism of underwater offshore platform, according to the theory of elastic wave, analyse the propagation characteristics of acoustic emission wave in steel structure and study the effect of coupling medium for amplitude and energy of acoustic emission wave. Because of complexity of offshore platform, experiments of acoustic emission wave in straight pipe and butt welding pipe and weld and fillet welding pipe have been completed. And analyse the transformation of amplitude and energy when acoustic emission wave propagate in weld and weld. In order to study the effect of marine environment for acoustic emission testing of offshore platform, analyzed the effect of water temperature and salinity and depth and sea ice for acoustic emission testing.
