| Ecological security as a new security concept, accepted by all around the world in recent years, this is the human’s careful reflection and choice to a growing population, economy, resources and environment contradiction. This research to Lanzhou New District’s ecological security status of systematic evaluation in the past, present and future, Aim to understand the essence of ecological security in Lanzhou New District correctly, adjust to local conditions of ecological threat, to optimize the measures, make contributions to realize the sustainable development of Lanzhou New District.In this paper, the research object is the fifth National New District-Lanzhou New District. Lanzhou New District is logistics center in western financial business, high-technological manufacturing industry base, its importance is self-evident. Paper research on three aspects:first, the historical evaluation:Following the "driving force-pressure-state-impact-response (DPSIR)" model framework, the index system is constructed; the present study proposes an innovative approach that combines the subjective weights calculated with analytic hierarchy process and the objective weights estimated with variation analysis method, the ecological security evaluation model is constructed, calculate ecological quality. This method combine subjective and objective weighting, compared with a single method is more scientific, more worthy of scrutiny. Second, the present evaluation:combined with the present situation of Lanzhou New District’s ecological status to evaluate environmental quality, the expression of evaluation mainly by GIS and text. Third, the predictive evaluation:combine with the future landscape pattern change, forecast the future state of ecological security, and optimize the landscape pattern.Specific conclusions as follows:first, Lanzhou New District (2007-2011l),the historical evaluation:using mathematical method to calculate Lanzhou New District’s ecological security index by DPSIR model from2007to2011were0.4727,0.4829,0.48820.4809,0.4727, the indexes in interval (0.45,0.55], there are criticality safety state, the district still need to develop the circular economy, advance clean production and increase environmental pollution prevention, to guarantee the ecological security, promote economy and society’s sustainable development, second, Lanzhou New District (2012), the present evaluation:according to<(ecological environment evaluation specification)) and the data, calculate Lanzhou New District’s EQI is26.81, the result belongs to the lower levels, show that regional ecological environment situation is bad, poor vegetation cover, less species, third, Lanzhou New District (2012-2020),the predictive evaluation:after planning, traffic land, urban land, constructive land and unconstructive land has a marked increase, up to30.91%of total area of land, constructive land purposes fastest rise, rise13.10%, forest land and grassland, water land, green land increased by7.63%,31.43%drop in cultivated land, ecological land fell by10.7%overall, the stability of landscape ecological system is unstable, ecological security index from84.3in2012to73.6in2020, the security level of the landscape pattern changed from safe state to unsafe state.measures optimize the landscape pattern are as follows:1) increase source of ecological protection and ecological restoration efforts;2) set up the natural corridor and increase the natural patch number;3) strengthening landscape network structure;4) adjust industrial layout. |
