Due to the producing process of refining often involving in highly corrosive environmentwith temperature, pressure and speed, the corrosion of refinery equipment is very serious.The corrosion shortened the expected service life of the refinery equipment and is veryharmful to running safely of the refinery plant. The leaking or damage of the equipment inrefinery often occur because of the corrosion, and it even is harmful to the normal operationsometimes. At present, carbon steel is used as the major materials of the aqueous phase heatexchanger in oil refineries. But the corrosion of carbon steel is a serious problem for aqueousphase heat exchanger. Therefore, the corrosion mechanism and corrosion protection methodsneed to be investigated to extend the equipment life.To deal with these two failure modes, plug, maintain production,or replace new tubebundle are usually used in SINOPEC LUOYANG COMPANY. These methods can preventshutdown accident of large plant in a short time, but are not effective ways to be againstcorrosion thoroughly.Through the paper,I research the Phenomenon that the corrosion leakage of water coolerin Three Joint Workshop, SINOPEC LUOYANG COMPANY, from corrosion forms, corrosionmechanism and influencing factors, in spectacular detail. I also consider that the bacteria incirculating water system, erosion-corrosion and corrosive medium in the shell side of thewater cooler are the main reasons for the corrosion leakage. And this paper proposes somecorresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Using chemical high-pressure fire of buried pipeline as an example, this article analysesthe causes of corrosion of buried pipeline. On the premise of not changing water quality, inview of the pipeline corrosion of the outer wall, combining cathodic protection and corrosionprotection coating, composite anticorrosion technology is to be used to protect buried pipeline,and the technology of cathodic protection is calculated in this paper. |
