At present, the automotive light weighting to save energy, reduceenvironmental pollution is more and more attention. Aluminum alloy is used inmaking auto parts comprehensive. Aluminum alloy blank is more difficult formthan steel blank. The traditional stamping form can result in winkle and damagebecause the shape of auto panel is more complicated.Hydraumatic draw form is the combination of the traditional stamping formand Hydraumatic form. In the form process, the liquid press makes the blankform. Hydraumatic draw form has more advantage than the traditional stampingform, such as getting more high draw ratio, and stress strain, better surfacequality and measurement accuracy. Pre-bulging is that add liquid home pressbefore Hydraumatic draw form, and get soft draw bead; which can improve thestability and part surface quality.This paper is regard especial box part and auto oil box as research object,combining pre-bulging form and hydraumatic draw form to analysis the form ofespecial box and auto oil box by dynaform5.7.1.The paper analyzes the form results for especial box and auto oil box, andsummarizes the affect regular of the process parameters for the parts form,including pre-bulging pressure, pre-bulging height, liquid home press, blankholder press, blank hold gap, friction factor. Researching on the feasibility of theonce form of auto oil box, because the traditional stamping form need over twiceform for the complicated shape and stress-strain layout of auto oil box. Theresults showed that, during the process of the forming process for the especialbox and auto oil box, it was beneficial to the sheet metal forming if the pre-bulging pressure, pre-bulging height are chosen appropriately. Also, the part could be successfully made if choosing the reasonable path of the hydraulicloading, and the punch friction coefficient and die fillet radius were increasedappropriately.A reasonable process path was obtained, the qualified especial box andauto oil box was achieved.
