Due to the reservoir lack of energy and the impact of slippage effect, inside thewellbore and near the area of wellbore is easy to accumulate formation water duringair lifting, it is seriously affecting the normal production of wells and restricts thefinal recovery efficiency. Therefore, for wells produced with water, considering lessformation energy loss and maximizing to carryover formation water out of theground,is a significant factor affecting gas mining. The Su20block of Sulige gas fieldcurrently use the same foam scrubbing agent, but due to the quality of waterconditions and the production of condensate oil situation are quite different, resultingin the gas bubble in some wells with low salinity formation water is too rich, stubborn, and part of gas wells with the production of condensate oil with poor drainage effect, causing surface line defoaming difficulty increased sharply, severely affectingsubsequent production of natural gas.In this paper, by sampling the produced water of Su20block and analysis ofwater quality, combined with the research of characteristics of the reservoir, confirmthe main factors affecting the performance of the foam scrubbing agent; Using labscreening to determine main agent, adjuvant and partitioning, as well as acomprehensive performance evaluation of formula preferred about salt resistance, condensate, compatibility, antifreeze, methanol tolerance, preferring defoamers type, optimizing the foam filling system and binding experiments, through the analogdevice considering foam drainage gas by influences of choke, at last achieved goodresults, it provides an important guiding for gas production of study area.
