| Calixarenes are considered as the third generation supramolecular hosters. Calix[4]arene have been received much attention such as coordination chemistry, molecular recognition.Major works in this paper:series of calix[4]arene derivatives were designed and synthesized. There complexation properties with metal ions were studied by UV-visible spectroscopy and fluorometric method. The results are as follows:(1)5,11,17,23-tetra-t-butyl-25,26,27,28-tetra-hydroxylcalix[4]arene was synthesized from p-tert-butyl phenol and formaldehyde, which was used to synthesize25,26,27,28-tetra-hydroxyl calix[4]arene.(2)6-bromo-2-chloromethyl-imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine was synthesized from5-bromo-2-anino-pyridine and1,3-dichloroacetone.(3)5,11,17,23-tetra-t-butyl-25,27-bis-hydroxyl-26,28-bis[2-(6-bromo-imidazo [1,2-a]pyridyl) methoxyl]calix[4]arene and5,11,17,23-tetra-t-butyl-25,26,27-tri-hydroxyl28-[2-(6-bromo-imidazo[1,2-a] pyridyl)methoxyl]calix[4]arene was synthesized from5,11,17,23-tetra-t-butyl-25,26,27,28-tetra-hydroxyl calix[4]arene and6-bromo-2-chloromethyl-imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine.5,11,17,23-tetra-t-butyl-25,27-bis-hydroxyl-26,28-bis-benzyloxycalix[4]arene was synthesized from5,11,17,23-tetra-t-butyl-25,26,27,28-tetrahydroxycalix[4]arene and benzyl chloride.(4)25,27-bis-hydroxyl-26,28-bis[2-(6-bromo-imidazo[1,2-a]pyridyl)methoxyl] calix[4]arene was synthesized from6-bromo-2-chloromethyl-imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine and25,26,27,28-tetra-hydroxylcalix[4]arene.25,27-bis-hydroxyl-26,28-bis-benzyloxycalix[4]arene was synthesized from calix[4]arene and benzyl chloride.(5)5,17-dipheylazo-25,27-bis-hydroxyl-26,28-bis[2-(6-bromo-imidazo[1,2-a]py ridyl)methoxyl] calix[4]arene and5,17-dipheylazo-26,28-bis-benzyloxycalix[4]arene was synthesized from25,27-bis-hydroxyl-26,28-bis[2-(6-bromo-imidazo[1,2-a] pyridyl)methoxyl]calix[4]arene and25,27-bis-hydroxyl-26,28-bis-benzyloxycalix[4] arene with phenylamine.5,17-di(4-nitrophenyl)azo-25,27-bis-hydroxyl-26,28-bis [2-(6-bromo-imidazo[1,2-a]pyridyl)methoxyl]calix[4]arene was synthesized from25,27-bis-hydroxyl-26,28-bis[2-(6-bromo-imidazo[1,2-a]pyridyl)methoxyl]calix[4]ar ene and4-methylaniline.(6) Besides’H NMR and IR dentification of all these calix[4]arenas and ESI-MS of some. The reaction yield of25,27-bis-hydroxyl-26,28-bis[2-(6-bromo-imidazo[1,2-a]pyridyl) methoxyl]calix[4]arene was improved by the orthogonal experiment.(7)5,17-dipheylazo-25,27-bis-hydroxyl-26,28-bis[2-(6-bromo-imidazo[1,2-a]py ridyl)methoxyl]calix[4]arene were studied by UV spectroscopy and fluorometric methods. An obvious fluorescence characteristic peak was found compared with other ions by fluorometric method. The composition of Cu2+-compound was determined by using the mol rate method, the mol rate of reaction and composition complex between Cu2+-compound is2:1. |
