With the need of society, depth of the oil hydrogenation, to produce cleaner gasoline and diesel oil using the process of reducing pollution on the environment is sustainable economic and social development. The depth of the development of new hydrotreating catalysts becomes more important.In the thesis, the composite carrier of SiO2-TiO2-ZrO2was prepared by coprecipitation method. The ternary composite carrier of SiO2-TiO2-ZrO2was prepared by coprecipitation method, The precursor supported molybdenum phosphide oxidation state were prepared by coimpregnation using25%(wt) WRe CrReN CoReã€WCrRe/SiO2-TiO2-ZrO2as a source. And a series of catalyst were impregnation method for MoReNi/Si02-TiO2-ZrO2load type catalyst precursor, The MoReNi/SiO2-TiO2-ZrO2catalyst was prepared in a fixed bed reactor by in situ reduction from their oxide precursors. The hydrofining activities of the catalysts were tested on a model compound of thiophene, naphthalene and quinoline.Through the design four factors and four levels orthogonal experiment WRe/SiO2-TiO2-ZrO2Best catalyst reaction conditions:reaction pressure was4.0Mpaã€reaction temperature was340℃ã€LHSV was5h-1ã€V(H)/V(O) was500, In that condition of the ratio of the amount of substance different of the active component evaluation, No.3catalyst nW:nRe=8:2the concversion rate of thiophene was93.75%, quinoline was98.59%, and naphthalene was20.16%.The precursor of catalyst has been prepared by impregnation. It was also characterised the by XRD and N2adsorption. The results show that, Carrier XRD spectra TiO2in for sharp titanium ore crystal configurations, sharp peak type, and has a large specific surface area. WRe/SiO2-TiO2-ZrO2catalyst object is in the graph precursor XRD analysis, the characteristics of ReO3appear WO3diffraction peak; MoReNi/SiO2-TiO2-ZrO2catalyst in the graph MoO3precursor XRD monomer crystalling phase scattered evenly, The results showed that the characteristic peak of ReO3were appeared. But the surface area is lower than carrier.Other including phenium (Re) of hydrogenation catalyst catalytic activity evaluation experiment contrast, in the reaction pressure was4.0Mpaã€reaction temperature was380℃. LHSV was4h-1ã€V(H)/V(O) was500conditions, the catalyst WReã€MoReNi/SiO2-TiO2-ZrO2in the HDS Reaction activity better than CrRe〠CoReã€WCrRe/SiO2-TiO2-ZrO2, in the HDN Catalytic reaction activity are very high.Chooce the co-impregnation which could preparethe ternary active component MoReNi/SiO2-TiO2-ZrO2and examine response technology conditions on HDS, HDN catalytic reaction activity of the influence. The Best catalyst reaction conditions:the best reaction pressure was4.0Mpaã€reaction temperature was360℃〠LHSV was3h-1ã€V(H)/V(O) was600, the concversion rate of thiophene was98.70%, quinoline was99.80%, and naphthalene was34.25%. |
