The electrostatic spinning technique was used to prepare PVAorganic-inorganic hybrid fiber, the appearance structure characteristics, theelectrostatic spinning process conditions, degradation performance andantibacterial properties were discussed, and the relevant materials structurewere characterized.(1) PVA/SPI/ZrO2organic-inorganic hybrid fibers were prepared withpolyvinyl alcohol (PVA), soy protein isolate (SPI) and oxygen zirconiumchloride (ZrOCl2·8H2O) as the raw materials. The effect of ZrO2content andproportion of PVA and SPI on the morphology structure of the hybrid fiber wasstudied. Phosphate buffer solution (PBS) was used to simulate degradationprocess in vitro, and the addition of SPI can accelerate the degradation of thefibers. Scanning electron microscope (FESEM) images analysis indicated thatproportion of PVA and SPI was5:1, the optimum adding amount of ZrO2was5.0wt%. Fourier infrared spectrum (FTIR) and X-ray photoelectronspectroscopy (XPS) analysis shows that PVA, SPI and ZrO2units were linked byhydrogen bonding or Zr-O-C bonds in the network structure, thermogravimetricanalysis (TG) spectrum analysis indicated that the presence of ZrO2can improvethe thermal stability of hybrid fibers.(2) Tet-PVA/SPI/ZrO2organic-inorganic hybrid fibers with different ratio oftetracycline hydrochloride were prepared through electrospinning method.Scanning electron microscope (FESEM) images show that there is no significantimpact on the fiber morphology with the increase of the content of tetracyclinehydrochloride. The bacteriostatic effect against E.colid and S.aureus wereenhanced with the increase of drug loadings content. when the loading dosesmore than8%, no obvious bacteriostatic rate changes.(3) Dissolving chitosan (CS), polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) With2%acetic acid assolvent, and PVA/CS hybrid fibers were prepared. Then the zirconia sol was addto get PVA/CS/ZrO2organic inorganic hybrid fiber with different zirconiacontent. Scanning electron microscope (FESEM) images indicated that the bestquality ratio of PVA and CS was4:1with the increase of ZrO2content, fiberdiameter became thinner and bead appeared. Fourier infrared spectrum (FTIR)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) analysis shows that PVA, CS and ZrO2units were linked by hydrogen bonding or Zr-O-C bonds in the networkstructure, thermogravimetric analysis (TG) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) map analysis that the presence of ZrO2can improve the thermal stabilityof hybrid fibers. Scanning X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis shows thatPVA/CS/ZrO2hybrid fiber is amorphous state.
