The performance of electromagnetic workbench was affecting the productionability of the enterprise.In this paper, applied to the tire production line,combined with optimization method, and the characteristics of electromagneticworkbench which including the adsorption wire, as well as for providing tensionto the compression and extension of the wire, was proposed for improving thework performance of electromagnetic workbench by obtaining reliable suctionsurface in the allowed temperature range. Thus, satisfy the enterprisesrequirements of large suction surface and long service life. Improve theproduction level of the enterprise, So research the electromagnetic workbenchhas certain theoretical significance and practical value.This paper selected three methods, which is the trial design, analysis andsimulation, to optimize the electromagnetic workbench, to analysis the ampereturns, area of pole, thickness of magnet vane influence on the electromagneticsuction and coil temperature. Analyzed the optimization experiment selectionproblem of modeling theory and calculation method, and selected theappropriate test optimization model. By the optimization method of orthogonalexperiment,Complete for the experiment design of electromagnetic workbench.Researched the magnetic circuit structural characteristics of electromagneticworkbench, and established the equivalent model of magnetic circuit, andanalyzed the influence between the work air gap and the workbench suctionsurface size, and established the diagram. By using the finite element simulationto analyze the magnetic flux density of electromagnetic workbench and thetemperature field around the coil,calculate the each performance index. Finallyreached the optimal level of various factors of electromagnetic workbench, andcompleted the optimization and analysis of the performance of electromagneticworkbench, and achieved the expected result. Provided a theoretical basis forelectromagnetic workbench for further improvement in practical application, aswell as a train of thought for other similar research.
