In flavor industry, Synthetic flavor is an important constitutes part. Because its quality and price are steady and its production is not limited to climate, environment and other area conditions. Synthetic flavor has became one basic raw material of the prepared essence. Synthetic flavor is an important competitive production of all kinds of the world’s falvor company. At present, in the edible essence, vanillin compound has become one of the products which is used in the biggest quantity, but its price is higher than other product. The whole world pay much attention to the research of the compound of vanillin’s series. There are some problems to await to settle in the traditional produce craftwork of vanillin fur instance high costlow yield、the complex craftwork and serious waste pollution etc.During the experiment, we found that the root causes of the above problems is the acquisition of raw materials, refined, and vanillin transformation process. This paper aims to the widespread nature of lignin was synthesized vanillin. In two systems of the white pine in the lignin extraction, And then the product will be converted into vanillin.A two-phase liquid extraction system containing [Bmim]Cl, water and ethyl acetate is used for extracting lignin from Abies holophylla Maxim. Adopted the orthogonal experiment we obtained the influence is mainly from the concentration of ionic liquid and temperature, an extraction yield of25.74%was attained, following60%ionic liquid,150℃and two hours, ratio of liquor to material10:1(wt%). The lignin is characterized on the basis of FTIR, UV-VIS, SEM. The results showed that:S and G-unite of lignin is dissolved during the stage of extraction, and also lead to the cleavage of ether bonds. The formation of phenolic hydroxyl was found in the dissolved lignin.A green system containing [Bmim]Cl, water is used for extracting lignin from Abies holophylla Maxim. At atmospheric pressure an extraction yield of18.4%was attained, following60%ionic liquid,150℃, two hours and ratio of liquor to material10:1(wt%). The lignin is characterized on the basis of FTIR, UV-VIS, SEM and GPC. The results showed that: the lignin produced had a molecular weight of378377g/mol after acetylation with polydispersity of1.085. S and G-unite of lignin were well dissolved by [Bmim]Cl, and also lead to the cleavage of ether bonds. The formation of phenolic hydroxyl was found in the dissolved lignin. With CuSO4as a catalyst in alkaline conditions, pass into the air oxidation, Synthesis of the lignin into vanillin by two steps. And the crystallization method by water purification. The vanillin is characterized on the basis of FT-IR, UV-VIS. The results showed it’s aromatic structure. The rule of law in order to get the concentration of UV standard curve, The content of purified vanillin can be as high as99.4%in the process of the recrystallizations. In this paper, because of avoid toxic organic solvents benzene and toluene. The obtained vanillin can be used in wide range of areas. The new programs of lignin extraction and synthetic vanillin proposed in order to provide a new way of thinking in further research on lignin structure, application and vanillin synthesis.
