Nowadays.researching toxic organic pollutants in water is the frontier subject in the field of environmental science. Developing a simple, accurate and representative pollutant monitoring technology which provide strong research techniques is the urgent needs of the implementation of the priority pollutants monitoring work. This paper combined with Major national Water Project 《Control and Monitor of Toxic and Hazardous Pollutants in Liaohe River》,the introduction of LDPE membrane and POM membrane passive sampling technique. This article selects8kinds of PAEs and17kinds of PAHs as the typical organic pollutants, mainly examining the effect of different concentrations of dissolved organic matter (DOM) on membrane adsorption, while comparing two kinds of membrane adsorption. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) The presence of varying degrees of DOM will influence membrane-water partition coefficient. For octanol-water partition coefficient of low organic matter, DOM has little effect, showing logK has no change; For octanol-water partition coefficient of high organic matter, DOM greater impact membrane-water partition coefficient, with logK has significant change.(2) By the effect of PE and POM membrane adsorption of organic matter found that the adsorption capacity of PE was better than POM membrane. The possible reason is that POM contains oxygen-containing functional groups, which affects the adsorption capacity of POM.(3) When the natural concentration of dissolved organic matter is not the same, according to logK and log [DOC] linear correlation, speculating that the content organic pollutants in the pore water of Taizi River. The results showed the highest concentration of organic pollutants sampling point is S3, indicating there the pollution is serious.(4) Using the quotient method and non-carcinogenic risks to evaluate the risk of phthalates, the results show PAEs at Taizi River does not exist ecological risk. Using the quotient method and TEF to evaluate PAHs, the results show PAHs certain ecological risks. The main innovation of this paper is to study the effect of dissolved organic matter on the monolithic membrane passive sampling techniques, and get logK and log[DOC] linear relationship; at the same comparative analysis of the adsorption effect POM film and PE film. At the same time, the difference adsorption of POM and PE was analyzed. Based on the analysis, this paper puts forward the idea for the further study of the membrane passive sampling technique:improving the impact of different types of dissolved organic materials on membrane adsorption; Carrying out a variety of thicknesses monolithic membrane adsorption experiments, expansion of membrane passive sampling technique of database; Improving the reliability and accuracy of the data analysis and other trace contaminants, fighting for the membrane passive sampling techniques to provide a contribution of the promotion for our country.
