| Sintering which provides raw materials for the iron making is an important step of iron industry. In China,almost90%of materials sent into the blast furnace are provided by sintering,which plays an important role in steel industry. To meet the necessity of the quantity and quality of output,the good gas permeability of the sintering mixture should be guaranteed. And one important factor of those what can make the mixture good gas permeability is to ensure appropriate and stable water content in the sintering mixture.Currently,most of the moisture control of our sintering plants rely on operators’manual control, not only cost the manpower, resources, and can not achieve a satisfactorycontrol effect.The water content controlling system for sintering mixture is very important therefore.This paper based on the project of moisture control system for the second sintering plant of Tianjin Iron&Steel Group Co.,Ltd., researched and designed a mixture of water control program and a water control system.This paper introduces the situation of the sinter moisture detection and control, and the feasibility of water control were analyzed; and then introduces the sintering production process,highlighting the control with water during the mixing process with characteristics and water On sintering production; final detection method to determine the moisture and water control program.Then follow the water control plan has been developed, designed sinter mixture moisture control system. Control system design consists of the first mixture of water control system design and the second mixed water control system design, focusing on the first mixed,the second mixed and the first are basically similar.The mixed water control system, includes adding the sludge feed-forward model,the outer inner fuzzy control model and control loop of sludge added,the paper is all carried out a detailed analysis and presentation. In order to achieve the function of water control systems, the hardware devices are configurated and software is designed.Hardware configuration included Testing equipment, PC and PLC.Software included PC screen configuration, scripting and PLC programming.Finally, the paper introduces the simulation about the control system and the debugging content after commisioning. |
