Numerical control dynamic servo turret is the most important functional unit in the NC machining process. The performance directly influences the cutting property and cutting efficiency of the CNC lathe and reflects the core level of the CNC lathe design and manufacturing technology. The dynamic servo turret technology is still in the starting research stage in our country. The performance and the reliability of domestic dynamic reliability is lower than the foreign products. According to statistics, turing center has40%of the faults which are related with it. The indexes of the precision, the stiffness, the reliability and so on decide the performance of the whole CNC lathe in a great degree. The price of the dynamic servo turret occupies the1/5to1/3in the whole cost. Therefore, it is fundamental to research the design and the test technology of reliability based on dynamic servo turret.Based on the reliability analysis of dynamic servo turret, this paper mainly researched the reliability collection and the preparation of the servo turret system. The reliability data are generally got through the tests. But the cost of the tests is high and it wasted time and energy. So each test data is precious. Here the following research is done:First, investigate and analysis the current situation and demand of data acquisition of dynamic servo turret. Ensure the design goal, needs and the feasibility of the system.Secondly, based on the current development background and environment of reliability data system in our country, analysis the system structure and adopt B/S structure as the database structure. Divided the system into information search system, data display system, background management system and then detailed the principle of each module.Then adopt Apache as the Web server, PHP as the development language and Access as the database. It realized that classify the information category, the publishing, modification and cancel of the information. The data resource is utilized effectively. The time is saved. It is worth to apply and popularize the reliability design of dynamic servo turret, research its action law and clear, store, inquire and invoke the reliability data.Finally, take the radial grating test as the example, test the functions of the database system.
