In order to research the accuracy of sampling ways of bulk wheat in trucks, selecting bulkwheat in trucks as experimental materials, using PICKUP3000MAX monotube probeautomatic sampler, HERON3000twin-walled probe automatic sampler, YL-01monotubeprobe automatic sampler and manual sampler respectively sampled wheat samples fromtruck bulk wheat, taking the manual sampler as reference, the sampling time, the level ofsampling difficulty, the moisture content, test weight, total impurities content, throughscontent, impurities content on sieve, big sample impurities content, small sample impuritiescontent, unsound kernel content, colour and odour of wheat samples were tested andanalyzed respectively.The result of ANOVA analysis showed that there is significant difference between the totalimpurities content, throughs content, big sample impurities content of wheat samplessampled by monotube probe truck automatic sampler and that of wheat samples sampled bymanual sampler. the former are on average higher by0.2%~0.3%than that of the latter,and there is no significant difference between the moisture content, test weight, smallsample impurities content, impurities content on sieve, unsound kernel content, colour andodour of wheat samples sampled by the monotube probe truck automatic sampler and thatof wheat samples sampled by the manual sample, so it is proposed that sampling usingmonotube probe truck automatic samplers constitute a low accuracy sampling method. Themoisture content, test weight, total impurities content, throughs content, impurities contenton sieve, big sample impurities content, small sample impurities content, unsound kernelcontent, colour and odour of wheat samples sampled by twin-walled probe automaticsampler are similar to that of wheat samples sampled by manual sampler, therefore it ispostulated that sampling using twin-walled probe automatic sampler is a more accuratesampling method.The result of correlation and regression analysis showed that the throughs content of wheatsamples sampled by the the monotube probe automatic sampler has a dominant positivelinear correlation with that of wheat samples sampled by manual sampler. When bulk wheatin trucks are sampled by monotube probe automatic samplers, the throughs content of wheatsamples sampled by manual samplers can be deduced by the respective relationshipequation. This solved the problem of the low sampling accuracy using monotube probetruck automatic sampler. and improved the practicality of using monotube probe truckautomatic samplers. Comparing the time and the level of difficulty of these four sampling ways, the resultshowed that the speed variation from high to low is PICKUP3000MAX monotube probeautomatic sampler, HERON3000twin-walled probe automatic sampler, YL-01monotubeprobe automatic sampler and manual sampler. All the speed of automatic sampling ways arehigher than that of manual sampling ways. Sampling by automatic sampler results in a safer,better sampling work environment and needs less force than sampling of manual sampler.
