This paper is focus on dynamics analysis and performance evaluation for synchronal rotary multiphase pump, and introduced its structural characteristics and working principle. Based on the dynamic model for the key moving parts, the dynamic characteristics of the pump and the influence of main structural parameters on the dynamic performance are investigated. On the basis of geometry characteristics of rotor and cylinder of the pump, the equation of relative motion between rotor and cylinder as well as relative velocity model are set up. The relative motion and relative velocity between end surfaces of rotor and cylinder are calculated and analyzed. The frictional power loss between the end surfaces of rotor and cylinder as well as the operation of the multiphase pump are discussed and analyzed. The results show that the synchronal rotary multiphase pump has advantages such as simple structure, smooth running and lower cost. The relative angular velocity between the rotor and the cylinder is less than10%of the rotor angular velocity. The forces on the sliding vane of pump decrease with the decrease of the relative eccentricity and the rotor slenderness ratio. The loads on bearings of rotor and cylinder decrease with the increase of the relative eccentricity or the decrease of the rotor slenderness ratio.
