Because of less investment, simple structure, easy operation, high pump efficiency andgood adaptability, the single screw pump has been widely used in oil fields at home andabroad.But the problem in actual application is leakage reflux and poorer abrasion of bushing.Abrasion failure which is between screw and the bushing is one of the main reasons in thescrew pump failure. In order to improve the mechanical properties of the screw pump,researchits operation mode, the stator inner cavity deformation and wear situation has importantpractical significance.This paper which takes screw-bushing pairs of the oil extraction screw pump as studyobjects.By theoretical analysis and artificial simulation,comprehensived analysis thecharacteristics of screw motion in the bush, speed regulation and force case. Get theconclusions related to its motion,force and wear. The main contents as follows:(1)Take Shengli Oilfield LB190-33models of the screw pump for the study,Use UGestablished three-dimensional model within the bushing double helix curved and a single helixouter surface of screw. Motion simulation after assembly to verify the proposed front screwbushing motion analysis, and concluded their movement speed rule.(2)In order to analyze the deformations of the single stator in the various pressures, thispaper makes the finite element analysis of the stator under the uniform internal pressure andnon-uniform internal pressure. So the paper obtains the deformation of the displacement, thedistribution of the stress and shear strain under the different conditions. This paper also getsthe results of the different contact positions by contact analysis. And comprehensive analysisthe relationship between stress, displacement and wear.(3)The wearing capacity of the screw-bushing have been measured by the simulation testswhich weared between the metal and the stator rubber in the oil-water. The law that thewearing capacity varies as the normal load and the slide velocity has been obtained. Accordingto the working condition and the research results of the mechanics and wearing of the bushing,the wearing feature of stator rubber is analyzed.
