With the further development of oil and gas fields, conventional oil and gas’s productionand reserves are on the decline but the economy’s growing demand for more oil,therefore wemust increased unconventional oil and gas’s production and recoverable reserves throughtechnological innovation.Now,low permeability reservoirs account for one third in China’s,and with it’s exploration and development reserves is still rising.With the continuousdevelopment of oil resources and use,we will have more low permeability oil and gas field toinvest. So how to improve the effect of low permeability oil field development is a seriousproblem.The current problem of low permeability reservoir oil wells is missing injection.Mainlyas,Water pressure rise,it’s very difficult to inject the water.The water gas injection is the onlymethods to improve oil and gas reservoirs in the secondary recovery. Therefore,to improve thecurrent of low permeability reservoirs by injection capability is the most important issues.In order to solve the problem of reservoir injection as much as possible the low permeabilityformation,in this paper,we start from the basic factors which causing difficulties,based on theansai oil field geological characteristics the water injection forming mechanism of high and step-down augmentedwas analyzed,and Step-down augmented injection field experiment was conducted.As the result oftheoretical analysis,both the drug’s ingredient and the construct technology of the step-downincrease note technology fit ultra-low permeability reservoirs and the local demand.And themanageable result is fine.The exploration of the step-down increase note technologies servicedelivery for developing of the oil field.
