Green manufacturing is one of the key ways to solve the problems of environmental pollution in manufacturing. And manufacturing is composed of a series of processes, therefore, green process becomes the most basic link of green manufacturing. It makes the optimal process plan based on the comprehensive consideration of consumption and environmental impact during processing.In order to get the optimized methodology of green machining process, this paper, based on relevant green research at home and abroad, by using research on the machining optimization method for green manufacturing as the main line, makes an intensive study of the key content, including material, energy consumption and environmental impact characteristics, decision-making model, process optimization, and process parameter optimization method. The main research results are as follows:System dynamics method has been used to obtain the positive feedback relationship among material flow, energy flow and environment flow in machining process system, And it achieves upgrading from qualitative analysis to quantitative simulation analysis.By implication system analytic method, this paper has established implication tree structure which can optimize the machining process. And on the basis, the multi-attribute decision-making model is developed. By using this model, this paper has set up the multi-objective dynamic programming mathematical model based on process methods. Finally, with the improved dynamic hopfield neural network optimization algorithms, this paper obtains the most optimal process sequencing.In order to be quick and effective to obtain the optimal process parameters, according to the actual processing constraints, this paper has established process parameters optimization model which selects the material consumption and environmental impact as target. And meanwhile, with the improved particle swam genetic algorithm, this study gets the optimal process parameters.To verity the feasibility and practicability of the optimization method, this paper selects a tear film machine as the research object to optimize process technology of the motor plate and processing parameters of the drive shaft.
