The polysaccharide blend edible films are selected as the research object.In this reseach, the edible composite films were prepared from sodium alginate, carboxymethylcellulose sodium and chitosan by adding plasticizing agent and hydrophobing agent as an auxiliary material, and the optimum ratio of fim-forming materials was determined, processing parameters was improved, the article also discussed factors effecting the properties of edible film and optimized the heat sealing processing parameters, all the final analysis conclusions provide a theoretical basis for different business applications.It has been concluded after this experimental research that:1. The conditions of preparing the edible films were optimized as following:the concentration of film forming fluid was4.5%, sodium alginate (ALG-Na):carboxymethylcellulose sodium (CMC-Na): chitosan (CTS) was3:1:0.5;2. The research with orthogonal test on improving processing parameters showed that:the water bath temperature is50℃, the agitating time is90min, the stationary degassing time is12h, the drying temperature is20℃;3. The added content of plasticizing agent (glycerin) was1.6g/100ml taking the composite properties of edible film as the indexe.4. The added content of hydrophobing agent (stearic acid) was0.2g/100ml taking the composite properties of edible film as the indexe.5. The optimal heat sealing processing parameters determined by response surface analysis were as follows:the concentration of binder was22%, heat sealing pressure was0.30MPa, heat sealing temperature was156℃, heat sealing time was1.8s;...
