Polysaccharide is an important physiologically active substance in jujube.It can control cell divisionand differentiation, regulation of cell growth and aging, with a significant anti-complement activity andpromoting lymphocyte proliferation. Jujube polysaccharide can also enhance immunity.The main contents of this pilot study are: Hami jujube as a raw material, the experimental study of thehot water extraction and ultrasonic assisted extraction and ethanol precipitation jujube polysaccharidetechnology; Studied the effect of hydrogen peroxide bleaching effect on the date of polysaccharides; JujubePolysaccharide Chewable Tablets craftsmanship and processing relative humidity conditions; Jujubepolysaccharide extracted by water and alcohol precipitation amplification test, obtained the best pilotprocess. Concluded as follows:(1)Using hot water extraction polysaccheride optimum process parameters were: extraction time6h,bath temperature80℃, solid-liquid ratio of1:20, in the above extraction conditions, jujube polysaccharideyield was1.8965%; Fresh perform different processing methods,its date of polysaccharide content in theorder of drying> shade> dried.(2)The optimal parameters of ultrasonic assisted extraction of jujube polysaccharide is: Extractiontime40min, ultrasonic power125w, bath temperature60℃, solid-liquid ratio of1:15, in the aboveextraction conditions, jujube polysaccharide yield was2.321percent, Compared with traditional methods,ultrasonic assisted extraction method shortens the extraction time, reduce the extraction temperature,reducing the amount of solvent, the yield increased by22.38%polysaccharides than water extractionmethod. Illustrates the ultrasonic assisted extraction method can effectively improve the yield of jujubepolysaccharides.(3)Polysaccharide isolated using alcohol precipitation, Alcohol precipitation temperatures studied,the final concentration of ethanol, the alcohol precipitation time, pH, concentration of ethanol was added,the extract was concentrated in multiples, the rate of addition of ethanol,7Factors affecting the yield ofpolysaccharides. After screening and analysis of the factors, and get the best technology for the alcoholprecipitation.: the extract was concentrated4times, alcohol precipitation time5h, final ethanolconcentration of80%, under these extraction conditions, polysaccharide yield was1.9792%. Usinghydrogen peroxide bleaching of jujube polysaccharide, the optimum conditions for the water bath at50℃,pH8, bath time5h, H2O2amount of40%, the decolorization rate of92.06%polysaccharides.(4)In amplification test water extraction process, optimal parameters are: extraction temperature80℃, extraction time of7h, solid-liquid ratio1:25; Extract was concentrated alcohol precipitation performedfour times, the final ethanol concentration of80%, standing5h.(5)Jujube polysaccharide chewable formula is: Jujube powder and jujube polysaccharide as a mainingredient, maltodextrin and potato flour as accessories, ingredients and accessories added ratio of1:1,chewable polysaccharide content was5.812%. Chewable tablets critical relative humidity of each materialwere: Jujube powder is68.5%,79%maltodextrin, potato flour is84%, jujube polysaccharide is77.6%. The critical relative humidity of mixing granulated material was75.3%after granulation.
