| Most of the forces barracks are far away from cities, and their sewage can not be drained off from sewage pipes of cities. However, generally speaking, forces barracks are very close to surface waters. If the sewage there are not well dealt with, it must affect the environment of those areas. Usually, forces barracks are different from normal living areas in the following three aspects:firsrt, there is no professional managers and maintenance personnels in sewage treatment; second, the northern forces barracks are rich in soil resources but lack water resources; third, the majority of forces barracks are situated in the combination of city and country. Apart from some of the sewage of the forces barracks in cities can be controlled by the municipal government, most of the undone sewage are run off into the nearby rivers, ditches, which has severe influces to the surrounding waters, so it has realistic significance to establish the sewage treatment automatic control systerm in force barracks.This paper proposes that use WinCC6.0SP2(Chinese version) as the monitoring platform and IPC-610Lã€PLC S7-300made by Siemens as site control station in order to realize the automatic control of the process of sewage treatment, and establish the automatic control system of forces barracks’sewage treatment.The major implementation plan:base on the widely used A2/O sewage treatment, and realize the effect of getting rid nitrogen and phosphorus simultaneously in forces barracks sewage treatment. Simlify the ASM2, and with the particular quality of water around forces barracks propose a hypothesis, and then finish the establishment of the system mode. Compare the commen sensor type of the sewage treatment, and choose proper sensor according to the paremeter. Make an experiment of the major parameters of in-and-out water quality from the sewage treatment automatic control system, and put emphasis on the experimental results of the routine analog control quantityã€non-conventional analog control quantity and common deoxidant-using effect, and finally integrate and compare these data in order to improve the sewage treatment effect in practical application and leave an important technical theory. |
