| Iron ore is the main raw material for the steel industry.Iron ore resources is based on the lean ore in china, accounted for97.5%,and The average grade of iron ore is32.67%, lower11%than the world average grade. For the development and utilization of iron ore resources, the principle is using the lean after the rich ore,getting the hematite after the magnetica and easy things first.With the rapid development of steel industry, the demand for iron ore has increased, but the easy-to-concentrate ore is decreasing, at the same time the grade of rude ore is getting lower and the dissemination particle size is getting finer. In summary, it is the extremely vital significance for research on increasing flotation recovery in Qidashan Iron Mines Concentrator Branch.Qi Dashan iron ore is a typical type of Anshan iron ore, due to a gradual increase in depth of mining, iron ore difficult to process increasing, leading to tailings grade higher of the existing production process, for example, no measures are taken to recover, which results in a large number of metal drain.In this paper, process mineralogy of flotation products which includes Multi-element analysis, X-ray diffraction analysis, particle size analysis, and singledegree of dissociation in Qi Dashan iron ore plant dressing branch were studied. The results indicate that the grade of Fe in tailings of flotation was18.07%, and Fe occured in the monomer dissociation fine iron minerals.The flotation research for iron minerals and gangue minerals in the mixed magnetic separation concentrate shows that some micro-fine iron mineral adsorbed on the surface of large particles of gangue,reducing flotation recovery in the actual ore separation process and reducing the floating Selection rate.Therefore, pulp dispersion is the key to recovery microfine iron minerals in mixed magnetic separation concentrate reverse flotation.The flotation reagents for the research on the type and dosage of dispersant including Sodium hexametaphosphate,Sodium tripolyph-osphate,BS,OP-10,Super dispersant.By Systemic flotation tests, the flotation in the sodium oleate system using appropriate BS can effectively improve recovery rate and reducing grade of tailing.The appropriate process flow sheet used one roughing,one scavenging and one cleaning stages had been carried out and following results had been achieved:the Fe grade, recovery of flotation concentrate were67.30%,92.21%, the Fe grade of flotation tailing is9.20%.The results of this study have a certain significance to improve mineral recovery and the efficiency of resource use of Qi Dashan iron ore. |
