Chang8reservoir of XX block in Huaqing oilfield is located in the territory of the Baibaovillage of Wuqi County in Shaanxi province and Huachi County in Gansu Province betweenHuachi oilfield and Wuqi oilfield. The study area has put into production in the90’s,and thelarge scale development in2007. With the developing mining, there were many productionproblems were emerged, those contradictions seriously affect the highly development of thereservoir. The current technical countermea sures have couldn’t suit the development.so,for theabove problems,on the basis of a full understanding of the area geological characteristics andfluid properties,In the study of area production data, stress testing and the formation relatedparameters analyzing, statistics and research,research the reservoir development characteristicsand rules,finding out the main factors about affecting production problems of the study area,work out the dependable countermeasures to applicable the Chang8reservoir, and comparewith the present development countermeasure, put forward the corresponding comprehensivemanagement measures.In order to achieve the purpose of stable in study area, so as to ensurethe sustainable and efficient development of reservoir.1) The Chang8oil reservoir in the delta front subfacies subaqueous distributary channel facies,reservoir physical property is poor, strong heterogeneity, reservoir sensitivity is weak;2) The study area of Chang8reservoir gives priority to water injection development, theindividual well production relatively low; The most oil wells are effective stability and withwater effective; Reservoir water and recovery degree for S type relationship curve. Atpresent, the reservoir development has entered the stage of high water development,formation energy remains relative stability level.3) From the microscopic properties, reservoir formation coefficient, reservoir engineeringand water flooding conditions and other aspects of the analysis. The study of microscopicreservoir properties including pore structure and oil-water relative permeabilitycharacteristics, reservoir engineering factors include capacity and well network;4) Based on the reservoir development characteristics and the study of the rule,reachaconclu-sion that the problems of Chang8reservoir of XX block in Huaqing oilfield development countermeasures are ubiquity, according to work out the rational developmentof countermeasures to make each area production parameters adjust to rationalization.
