In this thesis, on the research of the optimal design of rod-. anti-eccentric wea、anti-fouling、 paraffin control and gas proofness for the small casing hole in the extra low permeability layer, we established sucker rod triaxial dynamic analysis model and designed the optimization method with small hole sucker rod combination, and prepared the software with sucker rod triaxial dynamic analysis and eccentric wear drop forecasting, the precision ratio can measure up to over75persent; optimised four new patterns of small casing sucker rod antigalling centralizer, and improved the design of the conventional antigalling centralizer centralizer.,the grand total of pilot wells are74. From the laboratory experiment and field test, select the technology which is fit for the extra low permeability layer,including paraffin control、anti-fouling and descent down hole technology,and also select the gasproof technology that the multistage toroidal swirl gas anchor is major part. Reached the aim of prolonging exemption repair time, the cycle of examining pump rasied from380days to492days at the present. In order to further enhance the pump efficiency, small casing focusing on test and application of the Φ28pump and the experiment research of increasing oil pump efficiency,now we have used Φ28mm oil pump113ones for the new wells in the extra low permeability layer.The average pump efficiency raised from13.3%to17.2%of the current, lay a good foundation for the popularization and application of the next step...
