The chang6reservoir in Jitan was found in2008, for the reservoir formation corresponding to the situation in the development process can not be sure, injection-production well spacing is not reasonable, serious problems such as pipeline corrosion and scaling, using sedimentology, stratigraphy, and a number of modern testing technology to study in detail the sedimentary characteristics of the Chang6reservoirs, oil-bearing series, micro sedimentary characteristics, reservoir property, pore type and pore structure, fluid properties and reservoir characteristics, etc.;Using reservoir engineering method to study in detail reasonable development way of the reservoir, choice of well pattern system, pressure system and the law of diminishing; From the choice of the ways of water injection, injection pressure and injection of the determination of water quantity and water quality requirements to plan and design the reasonable water injection technology in this region.Research results show that the chang6reservoir belongs to the holes-fine throat, micro-fine throat reservoir, should adopt advanced water injection development, advanced waterflood development time for a month, the decline rate of the advanced water injection is8.6%; Using diamond inverted9spot500m spacing,135m row distance well network system. Reasonable formation pressure should be kept in12.075-12.075Mpa. The minimum flow pressure is0.54MPa. the decline rate of Advanced water injection is8.6%. Water injection wellhead injection pressure of7.23MPa, the biggest day of single well water injection water is15.0m3. All produced water after treatment is used as the oil field injection water, Jitan produced water station design according to400m3/d. Water treatment scale is300m3/d. Produced water treatment technology using "secondary oil removal+fine filtration process.
