In recent years, with the improvement of people’s living standards, theurban population and hair coloring persons of all ages is increasing, making alarge increase in the urban sewer and dyeing wastewater receiving waterdischarge, increasing the difficulty of urban sewage treatment, while have aserious impact on the water quality of receiving water bodies of various types.Dyeing wastewater with complex components, high organic content, color andhigh biodegradable characteristics, such as the human body does not properlyhandle will cause greater harm to flora and fauna, thus combining thecharacteristics of dyeing wastewater, research and development of hair dyewastewater treatment technologies applicable the protection of the aquaticenvironment has important significance. The actual preparation of the hair wastewater objects were investigated bychemical coagulation test method, Fenton oxidation and chemical coagulationand Fenton oxidation coupled hair wastewater treatment performance wasinvestigated under three different control methods COD conditions, chromaremoval, total phosphorus, turbidity, filter out the relatively more efficientchemical dyeing wastewater treatment method that further exploring themechanism of hair dye wastewater treatment, to further develop the applicationof hair dye wastewater treatment technologies to provide new ideas.Experimental results show that coagulation test results were used PAC,ferric chloride, corn starch three coagulants showed that comparison, PACdyeing wastewater treatment works best; polymerization best of aluminumchloride dosage110mg/L, coagulation time was15min, the reaction systeminitial pH8.0, without adding coagulant conditions, hair wastewater COD, total phosphorus, turbidity removal were62.47%,38.43%,60.35%,78.29%.Fenton oxidation method can effectively deal with COD, color, totalphosphorus, turbidity was3800mg/L,1210times,289mg/L,387.0NTU ofhair waste in controlled conditions with hydrogen peroxide hair dye wastewaterCOD investment Gabi is0.00303, hydrogen peroxide and ferrous sulfate molarratio of7:1, the reaction initial pH value of3.0, the reaction time was under60minutes, COD, color, total phosphorus, turbidity removal efficiency up to91.2%,93.2%,92.61%,96.15%; hair after treatment by secondary wastewaterFenton, the remaining COD, color, total phosphorus, turbidity was245.3mg/L,80times,20.02mg/L,13.9NTU. But hair wastewater COD, color, totalphosphorus, turbidity removal efficiency of Fenton oxidation was significantlybetter than chemical coagulation method.Test results by chemical coagulation and Fenton oxidation coupled hairwastewater treatment showed that chemical coagulation and Fenton oxidationcoupling has a greater impact on the effect of wastewater treatment hair, wayafter the first coagulation Fenton oxidation better than the first fen after theDayton oxidation coagulation way, this time in the hydrogen peroxide and hairdye wastewater COD dosing ratio of0.00455conditions, the hair wastewaterCOD, color, total phosphorus, turbidity removal rates of up to93.90%,94.05%,93.09%,96.62%. After further tests showed that the coupling treatment, chemical coagulation and Fenton oxidation simultaneously, hair wastewatertreatment works best; At this point, the PAC dosage of50mg/L, hydrogenperoxide and hair dye wastewater COD when dosing ratio of0.00455, pH valueof3.0under the conditions, synchronization coagulant dosing with Fentonoxidants, coloring wastewater COD, color, total phosphorus, turbidity removalrates were95.30%,94.21%,93.58%,96.72%. The above method for dyeing wastewater treatment, the treatment effectfollowed by chemical coagulation and Fenton oxidation coupled to deal with thebest, followed by Fenton oxidation, chemical coagulation method finally.
