As a kind of importmant functional materials, Managese molybdate nanomaterial had presented a great application potential in optical material, microwave applications, magnetic devices, sensor devices, catalyst, etc. This paper focused on the controlled synthesis of manganese molybdate nanostructures with different morphologies and size via a facile microemulsions route, utilizing in situ microcalorimetry to monitor the thermokinetics information of MnMoO4nanostructures growth process. The effects of reaction conditions on the morphology of the products and thermodynamics and kinetic behavior were investigated. The main research contents were as follows:1. Various morphologies and different sizes of nano MnMoO4like chain, nanorods, nano-particles were prepared by a single reverse microemulsion route at room temperature. The microcalorimetry technique had been used to obtain thermodynamics and kinetic informations about MnMoO4nanostructures in-situ growth process at different reaction conditions. And the influences of different growth factors such as oil-water proportion, ions concentration ratio, water phase concentration, etc. on morphology and size of the prepared products were been discussed.2. Various morphologies and different sizes of nano MnMoO4like chain, nanorods were prepared by a reverse microemulsion route at room temperature. The microcalorimetry technique had been used to obtain thermodynamics and kinetic informations about MnMoO4nanostructures in-situ growth process at different reaction conditions. And the relationship between different growth parameters (such as oil-water proportion, ions concentration ratio, water phase concentration, etc.) and morphology and size of the prepared products, thermodynamics and kinetic behaviors were been discussed. 3. The thermokinetics informations of MnMoO4clain-like nanostructures in-situ growth process were been studied in different reactions system via the microcalorimetry technique. Combined with experiments dates and isobaric-isothermal equation of irreversible, the rate constants and the activation free energy of different stages on the whole in-situ growth process had been calculated. The formation mechanism of MnMoO4clain-like nanostructures had been discussed. The asymmetry of ions concentration ratio and excessive MoO42-particles may be the important reason.4. Using the microcalorimetry technique to study in-situ growth process of MnMoO4nanorods in different reactions system. Combined with experiments dates and isobaric-isothermal equation of irreversible, the rate constants and the activation free energy of different stages on the whole in-situ growth process had been calculated. According to the reaction mechanism of microemulsion system, the formation mechanism of rod-like morphology had been discussed.
