CHCIF₂Subcritical Extraction Combining With Molecular Distillation Of Rose Oil Extraction

This study is divided into three parts:First, we use the low boiling point solvent CHCIF2(R22) subcritical circulating extraction technology from gansu bitter roses extracted crude oil rose; Second, using wiped film molecular distillation unit for crude rose oil separation and purification to obtain rose oil; Third, by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GS-MS) spectrometer for rose oil obtained were detected and analyzed.During the experiment, the crude oil extraction rose studied the extraction temperature, extraction time and solvent feed ratio for crude rose oil extraction rate, and received nearly optimized process parameters, the mathematical crude rose oil extraction rate and influencing factors model. Taking into account the experiment, the actual difficulty of the operation, the extraction efficiency and cost issues, select extraction temperature40℃, extraction time lh/times and solvent feed ratio of25.2as a near optimum conditions, when crude rose oil extraction rate20.68%.Preparation of rose oil in the course of the experiment, studied the distillation temperature, distillation pressure, feed rate and scraping diaphragm speed affect to the yield of rose oil. Considering the experimental oil yield, oil quality, efficiency and distillation equipment wear and tear, select the distillation temperature of70℃, distillation pressure25Pa, come rate1.0ml/min, scraping speed27r/min diaphragm as a near optimum conditions, this condition rose oil yield of14.01%.To sum up, the combination of subcritical CHCIF2(R22) extraction and molecular distillation to extract rose oil, rose oil is somehow the ultimate oil rate of2.90%which is5.8times that of traditional extraction methods.By the GC/MS analysis of the identification results of the experiment shows that the grievances of rose oil components, grievances rose oil extraction experiment has retained its natural fragrance, fragrant lasting, experimental rose oil overcome the grievances sausages heavier pungent odor problem has been present in rose oil grievances.
