| UV radiation is a kind of high energy electromagnetic wave. It is known that prolonged exposure to UV radiation is harmful to the skin. To those people who work outside or those live in stronger ultraviolet radiation district, it is not enough to use sun protection cream, clothing is also a main barrier. But normal fabrics always have a high UV transmittance, so producing textile products that afford protection against UV radiation continues to be a worthwhile undertaking.Researches found that benzophenone can absorb UV from290-400nm. In this study, benzophenone was introduced into the molecular structure of the disperse dye to enhance its anti-UV property.Using m-nitrobenzoyl chloride and resorcinol as starting materials, aminoderivative containing Benzophenone were synthesized by acylation, Friedel-Crafts, nitroreduction reaction. Synthesis of2,4-dihydroxy-3’-nitrobenzophenone and2,4-dihydroxy-3’-aminobenzophenone was investigated by single factor experiments, and the yields were up to67.3%,67.1%. The structure of this intermediate was characterized by IR.The intermediate then reacted with N-ethylpyridone, N-propylpyridone, and2yellow dyes were prepared. The structure and anti-UV property of the dyes were studied by f UV-VISã€MSã€H-NMR.Optimal reaction conditions for synthesis of2,4-dihydroxy-3’-nitrobenzophenone and2,4-dihydroxy-3’-aminobenzophenone were found through experiments. For2,4-dihydroxy-3’-nitrobenzophenone:the molar ratio of reaction materials:1:1, reaction temperature:110℃, the reaction time8h. For2,4-dihydroxy-3’-aminobenzophenone:reaction temperature:90℃, reaction time4.5h, the amount of reducing agent:45%. |
