Polyaniline has been widely used as a new type of conductive polymer materialsbecause it has much advantage such as easy preparation, lower price and conductiveperformance. But in the process of application, its electrical conductivity and stabilityneed to be further improved. In this article, polyaniline composite materials withexcellent properties were prepared through hydrochloric acid doped polyaniline,dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid (DBSA) doped polyaniline and graphene dopedpolyaniline and the performance of polyaniline composite material were also studied.(1) Hydrochloric acid doped polyaniline was conducted to respectively explore theinfluence of the ratio between ammonium persulfate and aniline molar, reactiontemperature and doping concentration of hydrochloric acid on the synthesis ofpolyaniline conductivity and the production rate by single factor experiments, andcombined with XRD and FTIR analysis result the optimum reaction conditions weredetermined. When the mole ratio of ammonium persulfate and aniline was1, thereaction temperature was0℃, and hydrochloric acid doping concentration was2mol/L, materials got the best conductivity which was7.58S/cm and the yield reached70%. Compared with the XRD of polyaniline eigen states, it could been found thathydrochloric acid doped polyaniline had a high level of ordering than that of eigen stateand crystal ordering degree directly affects the conductivity of polyaniline.(2) Organic acid dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid (DBSA) doped polyaniline,PANI-HCl, PANI-DBSA, PANI-HCl-DBSA three state doped polyaniline were testedby means of conductivity, yield, thermogravimetric (tg), infrared spectra and XRDanalysis, it had been found that organic acid with macromolecules regiment dopedpolyaniline had great influence on the thermal stability and electrical conductivity.PANI-HCl-DBSA showed the best electric conductivity and thermal stability, and thebest electrical conductivity was9.23S/cm.(3) Graphite oxidation was prepared through improved Hummers method graphite,graphene with was prepared by high temperature expansion. graphene/polyanilinecomposite material was prepared respectively by chemical oxidation method andmechanical doping method, the effect of doped with different method and dopingamounts of graphene on the polyaniline conductivity was explored. Through electric conductivity, XRD, FTIR, thermogravimetric analysis, it had been found that thechemical oxidation of graphene/polyaniline composite material performance wassuperior to mechanical doping method. When graphene doping amount reached5%, thehighest electrical conductivity of polyaniline composites reached11.25S/cm. Thethermal stability of graphene doped polyaniline was improved obviously.(4) Polyaniline electrode was prepared using graphene/polyaniline compositematerial as raw material. polyaniline electrodes were prepared respectively by themethod of tablet, tyra, and besmear brushs. From tafel curve analysis it could be foundthat the polyaniline electrode prepared by tablet got the best corrosion resistance.Polyaniline electrodes were modified respectively by tin coating and titanium film, frommetallographic analysis it was found that tin coatings compactness was better than tinplating layer. The conductivity of polyaniline electrode directly affects the density of thetin plating layer.
