Nitrogen heterocyclic compounds in pesticide industry are of great significance,in terms of pesticides, chlorine benzamide insect is one of the best, because of itsexcellent insecticidal efficiency, long a strong effective and environmentally friendly(on human and aquatic life, low toxicity of beneficial insects such as bees), thecharacteristics of received widespread attention and its derivatives research anddevelopment to become the world pesticide pesticide industry research hot spot inrecent years.Throμgh a large number of relevant literatures, this paper apply similar productsynthesis design goal, proposed synthetic route, part of the process was optimized bythe actual experiments, the original chlorine worm benzamide substituent of the threemajor groups of modification and improvement, such as benzene ring part replacedwith chlorine or bromine, formamide part replaced with glycine ethyl ester, pyrazolering of bromine is replaced by two bromine ethane or two fluorine chlorinereplacement on ethanol substituent, pyridine ring for fluoride or add a chlorine atom,got two new chlorine worm benzamide derivative system. This article emphasis on neighboring amino benzoic acid methyl ester contentthroμgh two halogen, cyclization, hydrolysis, phosgene new amino groups in openloop synthesis of important intermediate halogenated two adjacent amino benzamide,again with the new pyrazole-pyridine double-ring structure acyl acyl chloridesynthesis of new compound system, and for some steps were studied preliminaryprocess improvement. The resulting compounds throμgh the suction filter, extractionand recrystallization, in the form of column chromatography and purification, using gcinstrument, elemental analysis, infrared spectrum and nuclear magnetic hydrogenspectrum in a variety of ways such as structural characterization, determine the validityof the structure. Again by biological activity test, understand the activity of somecompounds, activity as a new insecticide compounds with high potential developmentvalue, low activity of compounds for the development of such derivatives also hascertain reference value.
