Pesticides plays a very important role in protecting crops from violations of disease, insects and grass and ensuring the yield and quality of crops. In the21st century, the world promots the theme of environmental protection and sustainable development. China’s divine mission with pesticides is to develop the green products of ultra-efficiency,low toxicity and residue,environmental compatibility and good harvest assurance. In addition, some kinds of pesticides gradually have resistance to insects because of the long time use and high dose use. So we need not only optimization of existing structures but also looking for new kinds of pesticides with new mechanisms, new structures.In terms of the principle of active group association and bioisososterism,a new series of anthranilic diamide derivatives containing alkly nitrile were designed and synthesized in this thesis,and the preliminary insecticidal activities of some target compounds were investigated.The ultimate goal is to obtain some new chemical entities or lead compounds targeting at ryanodine receptors. 160novel anthranilic diamide derivatives were designed and synthesized in this thesis.All target compounds were not reported by any literature and their structures were confirmed by Ms and1H NMR spectra analysis.All target compounds contain a new series of anthranilic diamide derivatives with alkly nitrile. And the biological activities of the target compounds were tested., structure-activity relationship of the compounds were analysed and discussed preliminarily. The results showed that all of them exhibited little fungicidal ane herbicidal activities, most of them showed high insecticidal activities against lepidopterous pests such as Plutella xylostella, Helicoverpa armigera Hubner and Spodoptera Frugiperda, good results can be obtained at very low doses. The activity of compounds A24and A47are basically the same with that of flubendiamide: a commercialized insecticide.
