This paper first expounds from two Angle, the gas itself, first as a kind of cleanenergy has very high use value; Secondly in recent years our country mining area causedby gas overrun of coal mine safety production accidents and serious consequences aresummarized. Starting from these two aspects and the background of coal seam gasdrainage utilization are put forward. Through the analysis of the current situation ofdomestic and foreign gas drainage objective, I know that the underground coal bed gasreserves in China is very huge, but our country mining area in gas drainage startedrelatively late compared with abroad, some advanced drainage technology application islacking in our country, and from the perspective of drainage rate in the mining area as awhole the conclusion of the gas drainage rate is low, because then illustrates the purposeand significance of the thesis.Paper with four leveling ore mining of the coal seam of fully mechanized workingface170(coal) as the research object, in order to achieve real and effective experimentaldata, the first of170working face of this coal seam gas foundation has carried on thecomprehensive parameter determination, in order to guarantee the gas emission forecastaccuracy of the test surface. Through the analysis of the coal seam gas basic parametersdetermine the170working face of this coal seam for extracting seam. Predicted usingseparate source method and the working face is obtained through to the conclusion of thecoal seam is given priority to. By comparing of roadway drainage and borehole drainageand the coal seam drainage and wear characteristics of the drainage and advantages anddisadvantages, decided to170working face of the coal seam adopts the coal beddingdrilling drainage method for extraction. FLUNET software is adopted for numericalsimulation of two parallel and cross borehole drilling hole arrangement after comparison,determine the bedding parallel drilling is more suitable for the coal seam170working faceof coal seam. Theoretical analysis and calculation through effective and supplemented by relevant experience for reference to determine the hole spacing, hole depth,reasonable drainage parameters such as time, these parameters for roadway siteconstruction provides a powerful scientific guarantee.According to the drainage parameters are achieved and the construction measures of170working face of coal seam in construction. After a reasonable drainage period fordrilling drainage gas monitoring data obtained in drainage rate in full compliance with therequirements of the mining face to the relevant provisions of the conclusion. Face began torecovery after the gas easily gather and return air lane in upper corner gas concentration forcontinuous monitoring, monitoring results completely conforms to the operation standard,ensure the safety of mining operations. Thus, the design parameters and constructionmeasures of this paper should be reasonable and effective.
