| An Adjustment and repairment equipment of machining center which is an open multiplenumerical control system designed in my paper,the purpose for designing the equipment is toreduce the training needs of workers who are devoted to adjusting and repairing the equipment,and the cost of purchasing Adjustment and repairment equipment is reduced at the same time,doing Researches about the open machining center based on PMAC, and realize the real-timecontrol of machine tool ultimately. The research will promote personnel training work of thenumerical control machine tool’s adjustment and repairmen, good foundation will be establishedfor the open CNC system in China. The mainly researches are as follows:1) The idea of using "PC+PMAC" open mode is adopted, distributed control is formed withPC as the control system and PMAC as the controlled system, achievement above is based on theidea of the construction of open CNC system, grouped scheme for controlling system and theconnecting instructions between hardware and system both are analyzed in a detail way.2) Human-computer interaction interface for imitated FANUC CNC system is developedwith the use of VB6.0software. The functions of commonly used in dynamic link libraryPcomm32are expounded between controlled system and control system’s communication, themacro program as an example is highly emphasized, aim of it is how to convert the program inFANUC format to the format that PMAC can identify, some other studies are done in thefollowing, for example, how the simulation graphics will be dealed with R program, how DXFfile be read and how the hand wheel be controlled by PC system.3) PID parameter of servo motor is adjusted by using Pamc Tuning Pro software, positioncontrol precision and servo tracking accuracy of machine tool is improved.Taking G83code ofNC system as the example, composite cyclic G code is programmed according to therequirement of the movement of machine tool is elaborated;the workpiece coordinate system,polar coordinate system,reference frame, mirror function and proportional zoom functionsrelated to composite G code program are written by offering PMAC matrix transformationfunction. the realization of NC panel keyboard matrix function, manual knife change control andautomatic knife change control of bamboo hat type tool is achieved through the preparation ofthe corresponding PLC program running.4) In order to verify the function of the hardware and the software of open CNC system formachining center based on PMAC, parts are processed by using the numerical control system inthe VNCZT-545with three axises moving together. The experimental results show that thescheme is feasible. |
