According to the known method of preparation of relatively pure powdered lithiumion-sieve precursor LiMn2O4and performance of adsorbent, research the method of lithiumion-sieve molding, to achieve granular adsorbent of high adsorptive capacity, in addition,bring consecutive operation of column into effect and provide pivotal experimentalmaterials of extraction of Li from seawater and bittern.Granulous lithium-ion sieve is prepared by binder and then eluted by eluent. Thebinder include organic like PVC, PVDF, CPVC and inorganic which contains solidoidbinder such as attapulgite, metakaolin, seudo-boehmite and liquidoid such as HCl, HNO3,water glass. The effect of performance on granulous lithium-ion sieve is researched by theproportion of binder and the content and form of binder lithium-ion sieve powder,forming process. The result slows: One granular adsorbent from a LiMn2O4content of88.51%, a mass ratio of PVDF to PVC is2/8, a solvent is DMF, the adsorbent extractedlithium of95.64%with treatment of HCl, and has the adsorptive16.67mg·g-1.Anothergranular adsorbent before calcined from an attapulgite content of12.08%, a water glasscontent of46.34%, mixture of Li2CO3and MnCO3content of41.59%, a solvent is DMF,the adsorbent extracted lithium of96.62%with treatment of Na2S2O4, and has theadsorptive1.23mg·g-1.The performance of static state was researched and shows: Li extraction rate, Mndissolution and Li adsorptive capacity was raised as the time increased. The performance ofmoving state was researched and shows: With the fluid velocity decreased from11ml/minto5ml/min, the Li extraction rate and Li adsorptive capacity of granular adsorbent made byorganic binder increased by15.5%and53.35%; As the concentration rose from0.5mol/Lto1.5mol/L, the Li extraction rate increased by91.11%; In the circulation ofadsorption-elution, the Li extraction rate of the fifth number circulation descended19.73%compares withthe first, the Mn dissolution descended by49.63%, and the Li adsorptivecapacity is82.63%of first, the bed height is not obvious for them.With the flow velocity of eluant decreased from9ml/min to3ml/min, the Li extractionrate of granular adsorbent inorganic binder increased by54.1%. the Li adsorptive capacityincreased by154.58%depends on the flow velocity of solution decreased from8ml/min to2ml/min; As the concentration rose from0.05mol/L to3mol/L, the Li extraction rateincreased by36.8%; In the circulation of adsorption-elution, the Li extraction rate of the eighth number circulation is89.64%of first, Li adsorptive capacity is84.16%of it. The bedheight has no obvious effect on them. The concentration of obtained concentrated of rich Liand the handling capacity of solution is increased as bed height rose.
