| Currently automated production has been realized in the vast majorityof beer production enterprises, but the degree of automation of substandardproduct recycling process is almost zero. The traditional way of manuelrecycling has many drawbacks. In order to solve this problem, this paperproposes a new method for recycling substandard glass-bottled beer, and arelevant equipment is designed.1) Based on FBS model, a anthropomorphic-action mechanicaldesign framework for the glass-bottled beer recycling equipment isproposed referring to the actuel situation being studied.2) In this paper, a solution to the mechanical design of the recyclingequipment is found. With researches of the labor system and mechanicalsystem in the function, behavior and structure level of the product. Withthe help of3mapping chains:inner labor system, inner mechanical systemand inter labor system and mechanical system, functional structure istransformed into product structure.3) Based on the implementation of CATIA, the physical systemdsign of the product is realized. Firstly the components of the executivemechanism system are modeled up; then a virtual assembly is conducted todetermine the spatial location of each component, to verify that the systemcan be assembled; Finally, a motion simulation is implemented to verifythe feasibility of the design.This glass-bottled beer recycling equipment with light structure andsimple motions, can ensure both the timeliness of recycling processing andbeer liquid purity. The system has very good integration with the beer production line. The equipment enables the automatic recycling ofsustandard glass-bottled, so it can be a replacement of the recent manuelrecycling way. |
