Fluid catalytic cracking unit plays an important role in petroleum refining industry, it isthe major gasoline production unit, and also is one of the most important device to make theheavy oil light. Its sulfur dioxide emissions account for a large proportion of the refinery’stotal sulfur dioxide emissions. Into the "12th Five-Year" period, the state has increased thecontrol of sulfur dioxide emissions from the FCC unit regenerator flue gas, and the FCC unitflue sulfur dioxide reduction has became the focus of the work of the refinery pollutantsemission reduction. Based on the situation of Current domestic FCC sulfur dioxide emissionreduction work has not yet been fully applied to regenerative flue gas desulfurization processand the number of the desulfurization processes is low, This paper tries to get the sulfurdistribution of the FCC unit by analyzing the sulfur balance of the entire production processof the FCC units, and then combine with the sulfur dioxide emission reduction pathways todrawn emission reduction measures for different FCC units.In addition, this paper also evaluates these flue gas desulfurization processes which canbe applied to FCC units by using an evaluation index system. The index and its weight of thisevaluation system were given by the combination of site research and literature research.The research of this paper combines a lot of measures and work experiences used byforeign oil companies to reduce emissions; on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of thedomestic petrochemical enterprises FCC units give domestic FCC units somerecommendations for sulfur dioxide emission reduction.This paper uses a lot of practical production data, compared to the experiment data, it ismore in line with actual production, the conclusion is more instructive foe the FCC unitsproduction and its sulfur dioxide emission reduction. |
