After sixty years of development, Shengli Oilfield has entered into a high and extra highwater cut stage, resulting that formation reservoir capacity declines continuously, remainingoil exploitationbecomes harder and harder and oil field development will be more striking. Sothe water injection has become a major development approach of the Shengli Oilfieldformation energy supplementation.With the reduction of development benefits as well as the increase of high pressure deepwells, the contradictions between layersbecome increasingly prominent. Stratified waterinjection is an inevitable choice forfine mining. Now the stratified water injection includethree leading layered water injection technologies,i.e. the fixed, eccentric and hollow type.They have played a positive and important role in Shengli Oilfield waterflood developmentand stable production. But with the increase of oilfield development difficulty as well asoilfield fine development and improvement of the oil recovery requirements, existingstratified water injection technology has exposed a series of questions, such as that theinjection string effective working life is short with frequent job,long stratified water injectionand a low passing rate. Sothe conventional hierarchical testing and commissioning oftechnology can not fully meet the needs of the development of oil fields any longer.In view of the situation, the development of a stratified water injectiontechnology,whichfacilitates the operation and deployment with high reliability andlengthened working hours is very urgent. According to the goal, a set of systematic solutionsare formed from the selection of downhole tools to the design of the associated groundequipment through extensive research and demonstration.to form.Then, the performance ofthe entire process and water distribution is validated sufficiently via laboratory tests anddownhole test, providing a new feasible plan for the oilfield waterflood development.The development of injection wells free of pulling water dispenser development,integration, testing and commissioning are a set of systematic solutions includingunderground water distribution, testing and commissioning of equipment, auxiliary equipmentand appliances. They can further enhance fine waterflood of injection wells,optimize waterinjection, improve stratified water injection efficiency, save costs, improve stratification pass rate, reduce labor intensity, improve the success rate once measured tone, reduce the numberof salvage deployment, to improve the accuracy of single-layer water injection. So theyprovide an effective and reliable technology.Developmentof the water distribution, instrument design, as well as the supportingtechnology and equipment have been investigated, and the field application andexperimentation for continuous improvement in technology and processes for stratified waterinjection technology to push forward and lay the foundation for the next step. Among thewhole process,water distribution are developed, a theoretical test and practical tests arecarried out for the working conditions of water distribution, the feasibility of supportingtechnologyis verified, including signal acquisition and processing system, the blowoutpreventer equipment reducing labor intensity etc. The technology is proved to be in line withthe actual production of the oil field, and has a great promotional space and applicationprospectsthrough field application of these technologies.
