| Ash River is a tributary of Song Hua Jiang River. The pollution in Ash Riverbasin is the more serious and the economic in this basin develop rapidly. As pointsources and non-point source pollution load increases in this river, resulting aserious crisis of the water in Ash River. Thus, references scientific and effective wayto develop the water quality management system of the Ash River Basin is the veryimportant means to govern Ash River Basin water pollution.This paper analyzed thebasic conditions of Ash River briefly, and carried out the survey of water pollutionload and the evaluation of water quality in the study area. This paper select theWASP/EUTRO module recommended by USEPA to establish water quality model ofAsh River in Harbin urban, estimate the pollutants bearing capacity in the90%guarantee rate hydrological conditions, and calculate how much pollution loadshould be reduced in every reach of Ash River. This paper also put forward thecomprehensive management measures and recommendations which should be takento protect water quality of Ash River.Investigate the pollution load of Ash River. The findings show that there are30key wading enterprises in Ash River Basin currently, which has three companies’sewage excessive emissions. The total emissions of industrial point source wastewater is Ash river basin non-point sources (chemical fertilizers, pesticides, water,etc.) the total pollution load,major pollution indicators for COD and ammonianitrogen.River basin through the analysis of the water, the evaluation results of theresearch region, the typical pollution factors of overweight and the comprehensivepollution condition of river basin.Subject WASP/EUTRO model was applied to ASHLEY, to simulate the riverwater quality simulation of chemical oxygen demand (COD) of the NES was0.67,simulate the NES of ammonia nitrogen was0.53show that the established modelcan well reflect the ash water quality change trend, and applies the model tosimulate the study area in2013the river COD and NH3-N empty trends at anytime.From different periods of cod and ammonia nitrogen simulation concentrationcontrast enhance water flow velocity would be helpful for the diffusion of thepollutants from the water quality;From different area pollutant concentrationcontrast model conforms to the objective laws: upstream and downstream pollutionconcentration is greater than the point source pollution area than other areas,suggests that when in the waters of ash river management, from the source ofgovernance to wean the main sources of water. |
