Magnesium and magnesium alloys have good mechanical properties andbiocompatibility, and can be degraded in the body, Used as an implant material, canavoid the secondary surgery, they are a promising material for medical implants.However, magnesium and magnesium alloys have poor corrosion resistance, theycorrosion easily and quickly in the body, and can not meet the needs of themechanical properties during use, so how to improve the corrosion resistance ofmagnesium and magnesium alloys, is currently a hot topic.In this paper, use of hydroxyapatite (HA), chitosan (CS) and other materialsprepared the coating of Ca-P/CS on the surface of medical AZ91D magnesium alloyby electropHoretic deposition (EPD), studied the effection of the water and ethanol,sproportion on the mechanical properties of the coating, and found that when theratio of water to ethanol of4:6, the bonding strength between layer and the substrateis the strongest.We Successfully prepared the samples: CNT-Ca-P/CS、GNPs-Ca-P/CS, andstudied the change of properties after composited carbon materions. Foud that aftercomposited CNT, no significant change in biological activity, but significantly thebonding force enhanced more.The time of coating broken from35d changed to42d.However, the sample composited GNPs, its properties change is On the contrary.Silver nitrate as silver source, electrodeposited silver layer between thecoationg and the substrate or on the surface of the coating, successfully prepared thesilver-containing samples. Studied the properties of the six silver-containingsamples and found that the samples after added silver, their mechanical propertiesand biological activity did not change.
