China is rich in the thin coal mine.The thin coal mines are distributed widelyand together in some place. At present, most of the thin coal mines use theblasting to mining. The two ways have low efficiency, high failure rate, andhidden danger. Plow is a comprehensive mechanized coal mining equipmentwhich has automation technology with minging, transporting, moving in the thincoal face. The plow have wide application prospect. With the expanding of themarks of the plow that made in China, the needing of plow appling andimprovement under actual condition, the rationality of plow designing and thereliability of the equipment operation are urgent needed to reseach and discuss.This paper is intensivly studing on the problems of base body of plow stressingand the rationality of base body on the dynamic load and so on by the way oftheoretical optimization analysis and experimental study. This paper mainlyincludes following content:On the basis of plow in the actual operation, considering the main force of theplow drive, including the loading force, plow chain tension and friction, Thispaper analy the base body of plow with optimization analysis of topologicalanalysis, provide theoretical support for plow dynamics.Analying the structure of the base body, and using the pro/E to model thestructure of the base body for Optimization analysis and topologyanalysis.Simulating and analying of base body, under the given condition,simplified model, to yield criterion for guiding ideology, usingANSYS/workbench on the base body of the single degree of freedom nonlineardynamics equation approximate solution in the integrated force under thecondition of uncertainty.According to the results of optimization, determine the optimal location andtopology.According to the analysis of the data, optimize the structure of basebody, and pass the practical application test, Provide the basis for the rationalityof plow designing and the reliability of the equipment operation. By the analysis and research, the redesigned base operate well, reduces thecost, improves the rate of mining and has no problem in real working.
