The research relies on the project of “Research on support technology of largesection ming inclined shaft crossing goaf”. In this paper, has given pertinence supporttechnology after analysised deformation failure mechanism of surrounding rock whenroadway in different zones,application of technology has taken a good effect in thefield.Law of stope overlying strata failure was analyzed,height of three zones and itsposition corresponding ming inclined shaft was determined,Through similar materialsimulation experiment and borehole peep.Through theoretical analysis and geologicaldata analyses,analysised characteristics and failure mechanism of roadwaysurrounding rock.Used numerical simulation combined field practical to analisised thesurrounding rock stress state of roadway,this paper put forward support scheme,gaverationality theoretical analysis of support scheme.The surrounding rock is loose and fractured,difficult to anchor,surrounding rocklithology has large difference and containing large clay minerals when inclinedcrossing goaf. Roadway surrounding rock is at a low stress state and vertical stress ismuch larger than horizontal stress.The most important to control roadway is tomaintaining the overall stability of surrounding rock, this paper put forward rigidU-shaped steel support as the main support scheme and based on characteristics offloor crushing and seriously floor heave of roadway in caving zone, put forward keysupport scheme of inverted arch and inverted arch linkage beam.This paper used the software FLAC3D numerical to analysis support scheme ofming inclined shaft crossing goaf, the results showed that: the rigid support is ofstrong suitability in inclined shaft crossing goaf.Pouring concrete, backwall Groutinghas improved the strength and stiffness of the supporting structure, has shownreinforcement effect of U-shaped steel contrlo at two sides.Support scheme showed good verification in engineering practice.Throughmonitoring and analysis of the surface of the roadway and the deep of surroundingrock deformation can be obtained: rock deformation of the roadway is relatively smalland the deformation gradually stabilized. Reaserch provides an important referencefor the governance of similar roadway.
