| The leachate generated from waste to energy (WtE) plants in China has beencharacterized with high concentration of pollutants, complex composition, andfrequent variation of quality and quantity and is very difficult to treat. Whetherthe leachate can be processed effectively or not has become one of the key indicatorsof a successful WtE project and even has an effect on the dicision-making for themanagement of municipal solid waste. With a series of stringent environmentalstandards mulgated and implemented in China, the effluent of conventional treatmentprocesses cannot meet the requirements any more.It is extremely significant todevelop an economical and feasible technology for leachate treatment.According to typical process of the current waste incineration plant leachateinfiltration, analyzed the effluent characteristics for different treatment unit.Combined with Everbright incineration plant effluent requirements, depth processingsystem existing problems and the high hardness and high demonstrated. Accordingthe laboratory, the chemical softening agent adding types and dosage wasdetermined. According to the pilot test of “softening+microfiltrationmembraneâ€,the relationship of the effluent quality and investment agent wasanalysed. According to the pilot test of reverse osmosis, performance indexwas studied in different flow rate, pressure conditions.Finally, through thecomparison of technology and economy of "of nanofiltration and reverseosmosis" and "chemical softening+reverse osmosis" two kinds of processengineering, demonstration "chemical softening+reverse osmosis" technicalrationality and economic feasibility.Finally, through the comparison of the "nanofiltration+reverse osmosis and chemical softening+reverse osmosis", the"chemical softening+reverse osmosis" was demonstrated technical rationality andeconomic feasibility.Through a series of laboratory and pilot experiments haved shown that"chemical softening+reverse osmosis" for advanced treatment of leachate seepage feasibility."Chemical softening+reverse osmosis" method as thedepth of treatment technology of leachate of waste incineration plant, whichcan realized the incineration plant leachate zero discharge and reμse, whicheliminated the pollutants are discharged, and the same time treated leachate were fullreμsed, promoting the reμse of water resources.Based on the "chemical softening+reverse osmosis" experimental research andtheoretical analysis, this paper demonstrated the feasibility of the incineration plantleachate "zero emissions and reμseful". The technology is reasonable, economical andfeasible, and has certain application prospect and popularization value. |
