Recently, micro flow system has been studied by many scientists around worldand microchannel has emerged as an efficient tool for a wide spectrum of applicationsalso: from miniaturization of conventional fluidic elements, such as pumps, valves, and membranes, to enhanced throughput for analysis, mixing, transport and particleseparation in medicine and biology. The Frank elastic theory has been proved verysucessful to solve liquid crystal problems also. In this paper, we assume Frank elasticcoefficients is no longer constant but has a positive correlation between it andanisotropic molecular’s density. We restrict our calculations to consideration of onlysplay and bend distortions and use one constant approximation to get a furthersimplification. Minimisation of free energy provides the differential equation whichdifferent from classic Laplace’s equation. With special boundary condition we get thedirector angle configuration.
